You do not need an account to use the calculators. Salary, tax, loan and other amounts you type are processed in your browser to produce the estimate. KnowPay does not save those amounts in an application database by default.

The hosting and content-delivery provider (currently Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address, user agent, URL and timestamps in order to deliver, secure and log the site. Those logs are controlled by that provider’s terms and by whatever retention the site operator has configured there. KnowPay does not use calculator amounts as analytics events.

If Google Analytics 4 is enabled later (only when NEXT_PUBLIC_GA_MEASUREMENT_ID is set), events may record calculator id, country, locale, category, rule year and similar non-financial metadata. They are designed not to record the amounts you type, employment dates, tax or loan values, or raw search strings.

Display ads stay off unless NEXT_PUBLIC_ADS_ENABLED=true and a real publisher ID is configured. The default configuration does not load advertising or analytics cookies. If ads or analytics are turned on, this notice and any legally required consent mechanism must be updated before that change.

If you email a report, you choose what to send. Do not include unnecessary personal data. That message is processed only to investigate the report.
