By using KnowPay you agree to these terms and to the legal notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The calculators, guides and tables are informational estimates for a simplified standard case. They are not tax, legal, accounting, employment, payroll, investment or financial advice and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional, your employer’s payroll, a SAT filing, a court, a union contract or a bank.

You are responsible for checking current official sources and for decisions you make, including resigning, signing a settlement, filing taxes, offering a salary or taking credit. Do not treat a KnowPay figure as the amount a person is legally owed or as a guarantee of any outcome.

Results can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Rounding, contribution days, exemptions, contracts, local taxes, software and individual facts can change the real number. Some tools are labeled estimate or limited; those labels are part of the product, not optional fine print.

KnowPay does not warrant that the site is accurate, complete, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KnowPay and its operators are not liable for lost wages, tax assessments, settlements, loan decisions, lost profits or other damages arising from use of or inability to use the site. Where the law does not allow a limitation, that limitation applies only to the extent permitted, and mandatory consumer rights are not waived.

These terms do not pick a court or country of incorporation because this page does not invent an operator identity. Applicable law and competent authorities will be those that actually apply to the operator and to you. Nothing here requires you to give up rights that cannot be given up under that law.

The site may change or go offline without notice. Linking to SAT, IMSS or other authorities does not make KnowPay their site. Official names are used only to identify public sources.

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains. These terms and the legal notice are the agreement for use of the site, together with the privacy notice.
