How to calculate net salary in Mexico
Start with contracted gross pay. Subtract ISR withheld with the matching Anexo 8 period table and the employment subsidy if it applies. Then subtract employee IMSS branches.
IMSS uses an integrated daily salary that already includes proportional aguinaldo and vacation premium. Daily salary for that integration is monthly pay divided by 30.
This is an estimate for a standard employee under sueldos y salarios. It does not cover RESICO or asimilados a salarios.
