How aguinaldo is calculated
Article 87 of the Federal Labor Law grants at least 15 days of salary, payable before 20 December. Anyone who did not work the full year still receives a proportional amount.
The usual payroll formula is daily salary times entitled days times days worked divided by 365. Daily salary is monthly pay divided by 30.
