How the calculation works
Employer cost is more than gross pay. It includes IMSS branches, INFONAVIT, and accrued aguinaldo and vacation premium. Work-risk premiums depend on the employer's class.
Formula
Employer cost = gross + employer IMSS/INFONAVIT + accrued aguinaldo + accrued vacation premium
Worked example
An employer wants the monthly cost of a MXN 20,000 salary with class I risk and one year of service.
