How the vacation premium is calculated

Vacation premium = wages for the vacation days × 25% (or a higher contractual rate).

Since the Vacaciones Dignas reform, article 76 grants 12 days after the first year, increasing by two days each year until 20, then by two days every five years. Article 80 adds a premium of at least 25%.
