How the calculation works
Mexican banks set their own affordability rules. This tool is a planning estimate using a debt-to-income ratio you can change. It is not a statutory limit and not a pre-approval.
Formula
Max housing payment = net income × DTI − other debts. Loan is the present value of those payments.
Worked example
A household with MXN 30,000 net monthly income, no other debts, 20% down and a 20-year loan at 11.5%.
